This is very clever winemaking that brings together all the qualities you expect in a fine dry white wine.

Tasting Note: The complex and varied nose reveals intense aromas of acacia blossom enhanced with honeyed pear and citrus notes. With airing, it expresses perfectly ripe fruit mingled with spicy and white pepper notes. The fresh and crisp attack leads into a full and succulent mid-palate. Lime flavours dominated by generous, tangy fruit give a certain tension to the wine, which ends on notes of patisserie and flaky pastry. The long and elegant finish lingers on a thoroughly mineral freshness.

Tastiong Note: The wine has a beautiful yellow color reminiscent of the mimosa flower. On the nose, Trebes 2019 reveals all its great complexity. Spicy notes of saffron, bread and nettles dominate and are wrapped in fruity scents of cedar and dried figs. These very subtle aromas blend perfectly in the great structure of this wine, enlivened by an energetic acidity and sapidity. The finish displays a texture of tannins that gives great depth to the wine.

Tasting Note: Purity, definition and varietal expression sits at the heart of Chan de Rosas’ stylistic approach. The Cuveé Clasico incorporates hand-harvest Albarino from Lino Sayar. The grapes are gentled rested in stainless steel and aged on the lees for three months. Unlike its counterpart, the Cuvee especial, the aim is verve, vitality and energy with no oak influence. The nose, after a gentle swirl in the glass lifts notes of citrus peel, apple skin, elderflower and honeysuckle. The palate is brimming with mineral-focused citrus fruit, zippy acidity and clean citrus notes. A pure expression of the fantastic Albarino grape!
