Don Román Cava is produced in the prestigious region of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (Catalonia) from a plot called La Llebre planted in 1995 at an altitude of 225 metres above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully selecting the best bunches to obtain a top quality Cava made using the champenoise method.
