A supple texture carries flavours of white peach and citrus oil, interwoven with soft notes of almond, fresh cream, and crushed stone. There's a quiet richness here, balanced by a clean mineral line and a lift of acidity that brings energy and length. The finish is smooth and persistent, touched with a faint saline edge and whisper of white pepper.
