On the palate, it's supple yet focused, with vibrant cherry and raspberry fruit wrapped in finely woven tannins. There's a beautiful sense of energy and definition, balanced by savoury undertones of dried thyme and a delicate mineral edge. The wine builds gently in the glass, revealing layers of complexity and a long, elegant finish. A superb expression of Sangiovese from an estate known for it precision and finesse.
