This is a beautifully defined Sancerre, pale lemon in colour with striking clarity and poise. The nose opens with a burst of citrus - grapefruit and lemon peel - layered with crisp green apple, white florals, and a flinty mineral edge. On the palate, there's superb energy and drive, with racy acidity carrying notes of lime zest, crushed herbs, and wet stone. It's bright and focused, but with enough texture and weight to give it presence, finishing long with a touch of saline lift and mouth-watering precision. A benchmark expression of the 2023 vintage.
