The nose opens with the freshness of Chardonnay, revealing aromas of white-fleshed fruits like pears and nectarines, interwoven with ethereal floral touches of peony from the Pinot Noir, all underpinned by an elegant streak of hazelnut and brioche. As it evolves, hints of dried apricots and almonds emerge, adding depth to the aromatic profile. On the palate, the wine displays impressive weight and generosity, blending crisp nectarine flavours with a rounded texture.
